The Tiffan family settled down in the Villany wine region in the 1700's. Imre Tiffan and his son is the ninth generation involved in vinery and wine-making in their three pretty cellars in the three-storey historic row of cellars at Villánykövesd. Continuously improving their business established in 1992 they presently produce 40 000 - 50 000 bottles of wine annually. In their vinery the wine is produced by means of the traditional method symbolised by the registered trademark of Tiffán Traditionnel®. Their selection also includes the peculiar types of the region. In the mid-row of the Villanykövesd cellars you can find an authentic, top-of-the-class indoor and outdoor facility which meets the highest expectations. The wine-lovers, wandering around, have the chance to get familiar with the wines produced by Imre Tiffan an his Son, accompanied with superb dishes and outstanding hospitality.
